The site work included the demolition of an existing Pizza Hut facility located on the site and the installation of new site infrastructure utilities, drainage svale with rip rap, parking lot and drive through banking aisles. The new building has a structural steel frame, masonry, aluminum and glass exterior wall with a white reflective roofing system. The buildings interiors include standard finishes, HVAC, sprinkler , plumbing electrical and low voltage/communication systems.
