The Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting a Project Manager and Superintendent on a construction management project both in the office and on the project site.  The Project Engineer I will assist with scheduling preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. The Project Engineer I manages the project team resources and overall quality control of the work to ensure projects are completed according to project plans and specifications.  

We are looking for an efficient assistant project manager to contribute and support the planning and execution of projects. The assistant project manager’s responsibilities include monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports.

To be successful as an assistant project manager you should be able to perform any tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner. An outstanding assistant project manager should be able to maintain oversight of all project activities, identify any issues, and ensure these are resolved promptly.

The Project Manager will have experience and in depth knowledge required to undertake interior renovation and ground up new construction projects in health care, retail, commercial Aviation and residential environments.  The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the following items on assigned projects: budget development estimating, resource allocation, information distribution, meeting facilitation and overall performance reporting.  

The Senior Project Manager will have experience and in-depth knowledge required to undertake interior renovation and ground up new construction projects in health care, retail, commercial and residential environments.  The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing business development activities, project based activities include: budget development estimating, resource allocation, information distribution, meeting facilitation and overall performance reporting. 

The Project Executive will have experience and in-depth knowledge required to undertake interior renovation and ground up new construction projects in health care, retail, commercial and residential environments.  This position requires dynamic thinking and reasoning, as well as business development and management.  The Project Executive will be responsible for developing and managing the following items on assigned projects: client satisfaction, budget development, estimating, resource allocation, information distribution, meeting facilitation and overall performance reporting. 

The Superintendent is responsible for running the day-to-day operations on the construction site and controlling both the short-term and long-term schedule.  The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project safely, cleanly, securely, on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. The Superintendent also maintains the job site office and closes out projects.

The Project Accountant is responsible for construction project related accounting, which includes project set-up, invoicing, payments to subcontractors and vendors and coordinating with the project team on financial matters.  

The Estimator will assist with the development of all budgets, hard bid estimates, self-perform estimates, bid schedules, and help Project Managers prepare change orders for scopes of work that are outside the management team’s comfort level. The Estimator is also responsible for pre-construction services as outlined by a project’s requirements.
