Ujamaa will provide interior buildout services, structural improvements and MEP infrastructure while completing the project during normal working hours without imposing on the residents of the surrounding neighborhood in accordance with city ordinances.

The interior make up of the building includes first floor commercial space, second floor healthcare, third and fourth floor office space, a rooftop penthouse, and a basement for storage and miscellaneous building mechanical rooms.

More specifically, we are providing buildouts for Bank of America including community space, teller, ATM, Mikkey’s Retro Grill including full service commercial kitchen, Rx Pharmacy including distillment station and product storage, Coffee Café including full barista bar and commercial display case, Chicago Bears Community Room and Commercial Test Kitchen, Full Design Build IT, AV and Security system for the building, 8,900 SF Healthcare and Dental Clinic for University of Illinois-Chicago Medical Center, UIC Neighborhood Community Center, Heartland Alliance Office Buildout, GAGDC Office Buildout, and State of the Art Penthouse Terrace with elevator extension.
