CIBC BANK - BRONZEVILLE
Ujamaa Construction (“Ujamaa”) was selected by CIBC to provide construction services to build a new branch bank on the south side of Chicago in the Bronzeville neighborhood.
The project includes excavation of unsuitable soils, concrete foundations, a steel structure accented by metal panels of various colors and a masonry water course.
The interior of the space will boast several individual offices, a main teller area, as well as public comfort areas. Ujamaa will self-perform the rough and finish carpentry scopes of work.
