LORETTO HOSPITAL - 3 WEST PSYCH UNIT
Ujamaa Construction (“UJAMAA”) was selected by Loretto Hospital in Chicago, Illinois to provide the general construction services for the 3-West Psychiatric Floor renovation.
The scope encompassed the extensive renovation and upgrade of 22 patient rooms and support staff space. UJAMAA installed advanced finishes and new anti-ligature devices as required for this specialized level of patient recovery and care.
UJAMAA forces self-performed the demolition, carpentry, drywall, acoustical tile ceilings and life safety measures for this healthcare assignment.
