Ujamaa Construction is providing interior demolition services to clear a section of the building to build a social enterprise, small retail banking facility for Wintrust Bank, Sweet Beginning LLC, computer labs, café as well as new conferences rooms. The new offices and retail spaces include new ceilings, electrical, light fixtures, HVAC, as well as finishes.
