STARBUCKS 63RD AND HALSTED - ENGLEWOOD
UJAMAA Construction (“UJAMAA”) was selected to complete General Contracting services for Starbuck Corporation for the 63rd and Halsted store. UJAMAA was given 6 weeks to complete construction of the flex model store, which is an atypical store that allows part of the front of house seating area be converted into a training/ conference room to serve the community.
UJAMAA worked in conjunction with the Starbucks store development team to ensure store delivery was achieved by September 27, 2016.
The project consisted of a complete tenant build out of the 2,200 Sq Ft space. The work included build out of new back of house areas, restrooms, two coffee bars, flex room space, point of sale, drive thru, patio and front of house seating areas. The work also consisted of installing new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, cabinetry, painting, metal paneling, wood ceilings, Nana Wall sliding glass partition and installing owner furnished items.
