CHASE BANK – CHATHAM BRANCH
Ujamaa Construction (“UJAMAA”) provided general construction services for the new 4,315 Sq Ft Chase Bank located in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood, completed in January 2014.
This new financial center was constructed with an exterior cladding system to include masonry, cast stone and a metal teepanel system. The interior scope features a spacious lobby, numerous teller counters, conference rooms and private office spaces. UJAMAA also completed the site work, surface parking lots, landscaping and the detached drive-through lanes along with the required pneumatic tubing.
The construction professionals from UJAMAA self-performed the rough and finish carpentry.
