DIAMOND SENIOR APARTMENTS OF BREESE
UJAMAA Construction (“UJAMAA”) was selected as General Contractor to provide construction services for the new 6.0-acre $6.9 million dollar Diamond Senior Apartments of Breese in Breese, Illinois.
The 7-single story buildings, approximately 33,710 Sq Ft, include 40 rental units, a Community Center and 66 typical and 6 accessible parking spaces. The work also includes water retention pond, site work, green park spaces, landscaping and parking spaces.
The construction professionals from UJAMAA self-performed the drywall, carpentry and general labor trades on this assignment. UJAMAA was responsible for construction oversight and coordination, budget and schedule and FF&E coordination.
