This facility was scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2021, this facility and campus is being developed in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood of Chicago. The campus will also feature a greenhouse space where up to 26,000 pounds of produce will be grown and harvested each year. 26,000 SF site and shell industrial facility to house a food waste digester processing operation. The facility will be located at 650 West 83rd Street, Chicago, IL 60620. The project will be designed to meet “Well” building standards, which is performance-based rating system that focuses exclusively on measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and wellness.
